The first requirement is that you obtain a degree in speech language pathology. This master’s degree must be obtained from a learning facility which is board approved. You must also complete 300 hours of supervised clinical practice under the guidance of a board-approved educational facility. You will also need to demonstrate evidence that you’ve completed at least 36 weeks of full-time work. You could also opt to complete 72 weeks of part-time work. You will also be required to demonstrate that you’ve passed an exam approved by the board.
